Kaiseki Course
We offer A LA CARTE MENU as well as KAISEKI COURSE (7 days advance reservation required), where Chef Omori carefully crafts a multi-course traditional Japanese meal, to reflect the changing seasons and showcase the freshest ingredients. Our Kaiseki Course embodies Japan’s cultural heritage, combining culinary artistry with a deep sense of tradition. From the carefully thought-out order of courses to the focus on visual presentation and harmony of flavors, our Kaiseki Course is a celebration of nature’s bounty and life.
Our KAISEKI COURSE consists of 7-8 seasonal courses including dessert. We offer this course at the chef's table (sushi bar counter) only, for up to 4 guests in one group starting from 5:30pm. We require a reservation at least one week in advance, which is FULLY PRE-PAID in order to have seasonal ingredients flown in from Japan. This charge is non-refundable, however it is transferable to another person. The duration of this curated experience 2.5 hrs to 3 hrs. We are unfortunately unable to offer gluten free or vegan/vegetarian options for this course, however, please notify us of any other dietary restrictions at the time of reservation. Kaiseki Course reservation is made ONLINE ONLY by choosing the Kaiseki Course (Experience) option.

To reserve, please select your preferred date above. Available Kaiseki Course times are indicated under 'EXPERIENCES' for the chosen date. If it does not show “Experience” for your prefered time, it is unavailable. Courses are available only at the counter seats. For a group more than 6 people, please call us to confirm. A minimum of 1 week advance notice is required.
